Request to change email — old domain no longer available

I am the administrator of the organization onlean.atlassian.net.
I need to change my admin email from oscar.fornt@onlean.es to oscar.fornt@onlean.com, but the onlean.es domain no longer exists and I can’t access that mailbox anymore.

In my Atlassian profile, the status shows:

Update pending verification
“We just need you to check your email oscar.fornt@onlean.com and verify it’s you to complete the update.”

I can’t submit a support ticket because of this notice on the portal: 

“The ticket attachments panel is currently unavailable and customers may receive a ‘Something went wrong!’ error message despite successfully uploading ticket attachments.”

Could someone from Atlassian Support please help me update the account email?

Hi @Oscar 

Welcome to the community.

You should be able to raise an issue with Atlassian Support, the message shown is related to JSM projects used in Atlassian instances, not to raising a support issue with Atlassian.

I only see the AI chat assistant, which tells me to post my case here. I don’t see any option to open a support ticket or contact the support team directly.

Hi @Oscar 

If you are using managed account then make sure that your new domain "onlean.com" is verified for organization "onlean.atlassian.net" after that you can update your email id by following below steps

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com
  2. Select Directory --> Managed accounts.
  3. Select a user to open the Managed accounts page.
  4. Select the email address field and enter the updated email address.
