Hi,
One of my colleagues is currently registered in JIRA with an outdated email address and would like to update it to a new one.
To make this change, the system requires him to log in; however, the password he previously used no longer works. The application indicates that a code will be sent to reset the password, but since the code is sent to the old email address, he does not receive it. Additionally, there is no one within our organization who can update the email address on his behalf.
Any Organisation Admin can update a user's email address for them. If you don't have any Org admins, then I suggest reaching out to Atlassian directly for assistance.
Thanks,
Sam
Hello @Sam Okell,
Thank you for your response.
The only issue is that when we access the address https://support.atlassian.com/contact/, it does not give us the option to raise a ticket for login and account-related matters.
Is there any other way to get in touch with Atlassian?
Thank you again for your help.

Hi,
The issue is that no matter which URL we enter, it always displays the following without giving us the option to type anything, exactly as shown in your image.
Thank you again.

@Laura García looks like you aren't an admin on your site - only admin are able to raise support tickets. Afraid that you'll have to ask one of them to raise the ticket instead.
Thanks,
Sam
