Hi,
We previously had a board in both Jira and Confluence. Since we missed a payment, we were unable to log in and work on our board. Now that our payment is working again, I can log in — however, it appears to be a completely new space, and none of our previous data is available.
I can see that data is stored for 60 days if payment is missed, and after that it is deleted. Since I am still within those 60 days, I would like to have our data restored. I’m not sure how to do this and need assistance.
