Request to Reactivate Free JIRA Account

Hello JIRA Admin,

My Free Plan JIRA account appears to have been deactivated due to inactivity. 

account : poornimasd.atlassian.net

Clicking "JIRA work Items" in my bitbucket repo, gets me to "Connect to Jira Cloud" page with "Open Settings" as option.

Clicking "Open settings" takes me to "JIRA integration" page where the above URL is shown with the option to disconnect and "Action required"

Could you please reactivate it at your earliest convenience?

A ticket has been raised on your behalf to billing team. you would have got the details in your email.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

As a user community we don't have access to other customers subscriptions or the tools to reactivate them

 

When was the last time you accessed the data?

Atlassian would have sent you emails warning that the deactivation was going to occur, and then another when the deactivation was going to happen warning you that the data would be deleted. Did you find those emails?

The data is held for a limited period of time. Depending on when the deactivation occurred your data may have already been deleted.

You can work with Atlassian directly to find out by contacting their Licensing support team. To do that complete and submit the form here:

Thanks for the response. I got the deactivation email on January 13, 2026.

Since I am within 15 days of receiving  the deactivation email, do you still want me to contact the license team or there is an alternative.
