I logged into the Jira site and was prompted that it had been deactivated and asked whether I would like to activate it.
I selected “Yes,” and it showed a loading bar with the message “Activating.” After the activation was completed, I accessed the site, but all data appears to be missing.

Please restore the site to its previous state with all existing data.

Thank you.

@funnystyle

That’s one of those cases where there’s no “community fix” unfortunately, only Atlassian Support can confirm what happened and restore anything (if a restore is possible).

So I wouldn’t spend too much time troubleshooting. I’d go straight to admin.atlassian.com → Support and open a ticket.

Include:

your site URL (xxx.atlassian.net)

the approx. time/date you clicked “Activate”

that after activation the site loads but all data appears missing, and you need restore / confirmation of site deletion status.

Wish you good luck 🤞
