Hi, I would like to inform in an issue of the JIRA which system and department is demanding the service, and based on this information, extract reports / graphics about it. Which the best way to do this? use fields? labels? another optcion? Just remember, I need reports / graphics.

I'm using Kanban.

Typically I would use a custom field for this, e.g. Dept. But you could certainly do something different. I generally say away from labels if I'm going to analyze metrics as I don't find them particularly reliable (spelling variations, can't make it require, etc). Now as for report/graphics, the best solution depends on much more info. While there are many good gadgets in Jira by default you might find they don't meet your needs but there are certainly plenty of solutions: export to Excel/Sheets, addon apps, MS PowerBI, etc.
