How can I setup a report to export to excel that contains the following,
- Date, agent and time call was logged.
- Ticket resolved with date and time and by witch agent ticket was resolved.
I have tried xpandit plugin but also does not give me that type of option.

Our own Better Excel Exporter app is capable to export (nearly) any information from Jira to Excel.
The meaning of some those fields is not totally clear, but I'm confident that all fields are either available out of the box or can be solved using scripts or calculated fields.

Per your description, I understand that you are you trying to export your tickets with the fields you mentioned to excel for report purposes. Is that right?
If that's the case, I would like to know how are you getting the time call was logged and the agent that resolved the ticket. Are you using a custom field for it? That would be my suggestion.
Once you have properly added this two values as Custom fields, you can simply export it to Excel together with the other system fields by following the instructions below:
- Navigate to your issue navigator > Run a query returning the issues you want to export and Click on the Columns menu to select which fields you want to export
- Click on the option Export this filter in another format and select Export Excel CSV (Current Fields)
