Report on Defects w/in Sprints

Is there standard reporting on defects within sprints w/in Jira Cloud? We want to track defect rate within a sprint and eventually within a product increment.

There's nothing more than all the standard reporting.  Generally, it sounds like you should start with a filter for "issue type = defect"
