Hello @Somnath Raveenthiran , directly no. You would have to add them as request participants for each of these requests so they can receive notifications about the changes. Are these clients within your organisation? If yes, then you can grant them Customer licenses which are free of charge. If they are not, but they still need to get notified, you need to go to your project settings > Customer permissions > Update the customer access settings > Portal access (Allow customers to create requests and check the box where they are not needed to login).
