Replacing account email to email that been on old and deleted Jira account

I created two account - one with my personal email and one with my working email. I was working for a while with my personal email, and decided to shift my account to work email. It haven't let me do so cause the work email already has account, so I deleted it and waited the account will be permanents removed. 

Now my second account was removed, but switching to work email still doesn't apply, I receive the email and press 'verify your email' but after I set my password I receive this error "Something went wrong while attempting to change your email. Please try again."
