I am receiving, in my email, repeated notifications of the same event in an issue. What may be the problem?
Are they precisely the same? Are others experiencing this? Is it possible that one is coming from automation rule?

Are they precisely the same? Yes. The message says that my user updated the issue. I am a system administratator and my user is used to automate an integration with ITSM Software (OTRS), but this integration is not automated for situation that an issue is updated.
Are others experiencing this? Yes, sometimes an user receive many e-mails with the same information; in other times, the user receive 1 or 2 notifications by day.
Is it possible that one is coming from automation rule? It doesn´t exist any automation rule for this situation
Now, I altered the system notification and turnoff the option to send notification for generic event. I am waiting if this change will work
