Hi there,
I used the site dqwdqdqq.atlassian.net
starting from April 2nd with a one-month free Premium trial.
Today I reactivated my Premium subscription, but I still can’t open the site.
It just shows something about “Service Management,” and I can’t get into my original project.
Is there any way I can reopen or access that site again? I really don’t want to lose the project I worked on.

Are you now paying for your subscription or still using a free trial?
If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and looking at the Billing page does it show that you have the Jira product, Jira Service Management product, or both?
If you are now paying for your subscription you can open a support case directly with Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ for assistance.
Since this is a user community we have no access to look directly at your site or subscription. We can ask questions about your situation and suggest ways to address it, but Atlassian support would be able to access your site and account directly to find out the state of it.
