Would anyone know if it is possible to add some rulings around reopen tickets.
What I would like to achieve is:
If a ticket is reopended after 5 days of the ticket being closed, it creates a new ticket and links the original ticket to the new ticket.

I think you need a plugin for the solution like Power Scripts, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, Workflow Toolbox.
