Renew Jira License after expiration

Hello
My Jira license is expired before few days and Jira is suspended
how I can renew my licenses and active Jira
I don't want to lose the data
I opened tow tickets yesterday, but now answer

Log into one of the Atlassian accounts registered as billing contacts for your site (site admins and technnical admins can see these even if they aren't one themselves), and renew the subscription. Start at my.atlassian.com

Ah, you're at that point. Not a problem, just click the "customer support" link at the bottom.
