Removed Fisheye repositories still appear in Jira

Sebastien Erard April 3, 2012

We have connected Jira and Fisheye through applications links. The repository configured in Fisheye show up correctly in Jira and can be linked to Jira projects. We have removed some old repository in Fisheye, but they still appear in Jira, and they trigger an error in the Jira project's dashboard/Source tab. How can I remove those old repositories from Jira?

Firstly, make sure that you are running the newest version of the JIRA FishEye plugin - you can upgrade from within the plugins administration section in JIRA.

From the FishEye configuration screen in the JIRA administration, you can clear the "Repostiory List Cache" by clicking on the appropriate "Refresh Cache" link. You should also remove any stale entity links which reference non existent FishEye repositories.

I don't know much about fisheye, but maybe if you do a reindexation in jira or a service restart those repositorys will dissapear.
