Remove white line in email / ticket reply

How can I remove the white line that is automatically added to emails when I reply to a ticket? (above the 'hey')

See example in attached file.

While there is some customizations for Service Management this is not customizable in Jira Software cloud.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
