Remove "Assign to me" Button?

How can I remove this button from the issues?

I've accidentally clicked on this twice during set up, and I can only see it happen more often by accident.

I've found solutions online but they are outdated.

Is there a setting I can find for use in 2017?

I don't believe you can remove it if the user has the permission to assign issues and they can be assigned to them without modifying source code. Being in the cloud you don't have that option.
