Remove Slack announcement when a card is moved to a different project

I've connected a Jira board with a Slack channel to show an announcement each time a new card is created. This part is working fine.

However, every time the card is cloned to move it to a different board, the Slack channel receives an announcement for that as well. 

Is there a way to stop that announcement?

Welcome to the community.

Go to the slack integration on the project settings and select the 3 dots behind the integration, you can specify the actions there.

Hey @Marc - Devoteam, thank you for your response. I am unable to see the 3 dots you mentioned. Is it because I am not an admin in Jira? If you have any reference screenshots or articles, that would be helpful.

You are in the settings, I mentioned.

Cloning is in essence creating a new issue, so this will trigger a Slack notification, the same applies to moving an issue to this project.
