I am about to move one of my instances of JIRA from one Microsoft Active Directory Domain to another.  The current JIRA instance is AD integrated on say "DomainA" - and I will be moving that entire instance to say "DomainB"  I am somewhat confused on the order of operations in order to accomplish this.

I can tell you that JIRA is install with SQLExpress on Windows 2008 R2, and is AD integrated.  The destination environment will be SQLExpress on Windows 2016 Standard, with AD integration.

Any helpful insights into completing this migration?

Hello,

Do I understand correctly that you do not only change AD but also migrate to a different database?

Then first you need to migrate to a new database and after that you can migrate to a different AD.

Yes - I have two different AD Domain environments, with JIRA installed and in-use in the first environment, but not installed in the second.

I will be installing JIRA from scratch in the second environment today - but need help figuring out how to migrate the data/projects/etc. from environment1 to environment2.
