Remove Import Issues button on Create Issue Screen

I'm assuming this may be a permissions issue, but how can I disallow or remove the Import Issues button from my Create Issue screen.  I'm on Jira Cloud.

Hi there, Cathy.

While I noticed that the Import issues button in the Create Issue screen is a new feature implemented on JIRA Cloud that redirects the users to the CSV import page, this might be implemented permanently in the future. 

I could not find any public ticket that discusses the implementation of it but for now, may I know the use case of removing the button from the create issue page?

I don't know that I want / need the entire team to have the ability to be able to import issues (randomly). 

The other case would be that we may get questions - as we bring on more users from the Business side - asking what the functionality can do for them when there will not ever be a need, based on their role.
