we played with some plugins installed from the cloud in trial version.
Then i deleted some of them.
But the links still remaining on the main screen and spécial fields are still displayed in tickets.
How to completely remove an application and any trace

Which apps do you still see? Did you disable or uninstall these apps?
Could you please share some screenshots to understand where it is displayed?

Hi Manon, I finally found. There is a difference between unlincensing and removing the app...
The app was under jira parameters and i was not looking a the good place
