Remove An application

Hi,
I hope all is good,
I need to uninstall the following application permanently
Clockwork Lite Time Tracker - Time Tracking and Timesheets 
I canceled subscriptions, but I need to remove it from JIRA, since I need to try the PRO version; both versions made a conflict, one version is allowed to exist.
and the uninstall button is disabled

You can only uninstall an app after the cancelation period has expired.

As I mentioned, contact Atlassian Support.

There are no options to do this yourself.
