RemoteUser.getEmail returns null

Hi,

I have been facing this issue in RemoteUser object. When I give RemoteUser.getEmail, the value returns null, while RemoteUser.getName or RemoteUser.getFullName return the values correctly.

Could you please let me know what could be the problem? I would like to fetch the e-mail of the remote user.

Yes. The user has an email. I am using SOAP client and with remote user object I am trying to retreive the e-mail.

Are you sure the user actually has an email? How are you looking up the user in the first place?
