Remote Branch Update

Hello together
Unfortunately, the automatic update of the RemoteBranches in Sourcetree does not work for me. What can I do about it?

Under Tools -> Options -> General
I have selected "Check default remotes for updates every 1 minutes".

Both checkboxes were also selected in the Miscellaneous section of Settings -> Advanced.
