Release version not recognizing added issues.

Hello,
I starting creating 'releases' in order to pin certain issues/bugs to particular releases. Particularly, I created TestRelease (1) and linked a couple of issues to it. However after I link an issue to TestRelease (2-3), I still don't see the TestRelease update to show that linkage (See how screenshot 1 still says 'No issues').
