Release button disabled in one of the jira board though we have project admin permission

Not able to release issue Button disabled ( ask to  contact admin for the access )

Hi @[deleted] , I am trying to clean up old unanswered posts here. Did this issue get resolved? It sure seems like a permissions issue but seems you checked that out. I wonder if you could recreate the board and retry.
