Hi,
I have installed the Release Management Add On and every time I try and launch it, it times out.
I get a message that says 'Something has gone wrong. Our team has been notified, if the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support.

I would reach out to the addon's support directly. Click on Apps > Manage your apps, find the app, expand and click on the support link.
