Relacionar la sub tarea e historia con la tarea creada automaticamente

Quiero automatizar un proceso que cuando cree una incidencia tipo tarea automaticamente cree una subtarea y tambien cree una historia de usuario pero las dos se relacionen con la tarea creada

You may do that with an automation rule:

For example, the rule could be triggered on the creation of the Task, and then create the associated Story and Subtask.
