Regarding upgradation I got failure

Hi

I am currently in 8.2.3 version I got upgraded to 8.14.0 version I had previous version backup but while doing upgradation it got failed now how I need to get previous version 8.2.3.

I am not sure what you are posting this for.

I'm guessing you want help rolling back?  If so, we can't tell you much more than "get a working copy of 8.2.3 ready and restore the backup into it"
