Our team recently inherited Tableau dashboard with Jira data sources. Tableau/Jira integration was done using JQL. Tableau is using the OData connector on Tableau Desktop application. We are unable to refresh the data source on Tableau Server. Below is the error message:

How to whitelist jira website on tableau server:

"java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred when refreshing extracts for the workbook 'Workbook Name'. Tableau doesn't support extract refreshes for one or more data sources in your workbook. (errorCode=60007)"

Please help resolve the error.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is a problem on the Tableau side, you will need to look at the configuration of the connection first, as it is likely to be broken.  After checking the configuration, you should look at what Tableau is asking Jira for, and then why it cannot fetch it (is it capable of parsing the response from Jira?)
