Refined interface for JIRA Cloud

Hello, 

I am currently working on building out an interface to lay on top of a NextGen Project in JIRA Cloud. The interface, Refined, is a JIRA add in that will allow users from the general pubic to put in requests. Unfortunately, it does not appear that the checkboxes created in the JIRA Issue do not come through to the Refined interface. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Bernadette, I am also evaluating Refined at the moment but have not looked into whether checkboxes have an issue or not. That would seem odd for sure as my view of Refined is simply an overlay for JSD and as such should not compromise field presensation. I would recommend contacting Refined Support to get there input. they have been quite responsive to my questions.

also reference their Known Limitations do convey that not all custom fields are support so I'm not betting checkbox is one of those not supported. :-(
