Redirect loop for binding Jira and Bitbucket

Hi,

I encountered browser redirect loop when binding Jira & Bitbucket.

Please help.

### Reproduce steps:

1. Create a project at Jira, (choose Kanban template...whatever)

2. It will ask for bind Bitbucket, click link

3. Redirect loop

I registered this new account. Bitbucket it fully empty.

Also, I tried to create a workspace and a repository at Bitbucket and try again.

It doesn't work.

The select box is empty.
