Hello everybody

I got a question regarding the easy templates for Jira issues. My company is searching for a solution in which we can easily "hold back" the following informations:

- Title

- Description

- attributable Jira-projects

- connections between tasks

- Assignees- Epic Links

- Due Dates- etc.

in a "template" within or outside of Jira and make them easily and fastly uploadable to Jira so if there is a situation in which we need it we have it ready. It must automatically distribute the tasks to the affected department. In our company the different departments are saved as projects in Jira. This means if I upload the predefined template to Jira it should automatically distribute the tasks to the projects with the informations mentioned before. The tickets should be automatically created for the projects.

Does anyone know if this is possible and how? App recommendations are much appreciated as well!

I haven't used this app in Cloud, but I'm a big fan of The Scheduler in Jira for recurring tasks, like creating regular tasks for auditing, etc.

Thank you for your answer! Is it possible to define recurring tasks in irregular intervals with The Scheduler?

Yep! You can create a bunch of "run once" triggers on the scheduled issue configuration that can run at specific times. Additionally, you can execute the triggers manually, so if you want to treat the scheduled issue as more of a template, you should be able to do that, too.
