We use jira to manage project tasks across multiple cross-functional teams (like a project management tool). Our "survey board" contains tickets and each ticket represents a single survey project. We've created hundreds of custom fields so that each cross-functional team (like our Flight Operations team) can access information about any given survey including things like "collection start date" - date picker, "Basin" - drop down, and "Notes on Survey Dates" - long text field. I've created a filter view to show specific tickets and fields in a table, but we would like to be able to group these by basin, and then sort in descending collection start date in each basin, and display as a gantt chart (among other functions or views). I've played around with the "group" gadget in the dashboards, but I haven't found anything dynamic enough to handle what we want to see. I'm open to paid subscription options that integrate well with jira as long as I can test it out. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
