Recommendation(s) for stoplight plugin for Jira

Looking for advice/input regarding the best plugin for stoplight (green/yellow/red) markers in Jira.

It might depend on if you are just looking for a traffic light like custom field based on single issues (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=traffic) or a Gantt chart like display of projects (from your description I assume this is more likely the case).
This could imply using a project management tool of your choice, built upon Jira - for this there are many, many Apps in Marketplace and you would need to see which one fits best for you.

A simple implementation of a red/amber/green marker could be a custom field holding those values, that could be done out of the box, lacking a graphical representation of course.
