When I try to organize and characterize the JIRA tickets from Service Desk, I want to be able to change the issue types from the default Customer Request Type which is only visible to the Customer.

Before the recent update on the issue view, I was able to click on a general issue type field  called "Type" and see a drop down of all the issue types including customer visible only and the hidden ones.

After the update, I can only see on the right panel field named "Customer Request Type", which displays the default values we set for the customer. The drop down menu disappeared. I also can't add "Issue Type" field to the view on the right panel.

The only way for me to alter the "Customer Request Type" is by going back to the old view and use the drop down to select the desired issue type, then go to the new view where the "Customer Request Type" default value will be clear now. If I click on the empty box it'll pop up a suggestion for the desired issue type I entered in the old view (instead of the default visible value).

Is this a bug or if additional account setting is required to see the hidden issue types in the new view? A resolution will be much appreciated!

It's very inconvenience for users when we have to click into every items and choose old view due to the existing inconvenience in the new view. Did anyone else experience this issue?

Screenshot below should clearly illustrate the issue.
