Hi,

We do use Atlasian confluence, but some of our users are receiving mails from jira@.. , subject: "EREACH-1438 -SI Problem activation"

Body: some-mailbox@ourdomain.com shared this with your organization.

This is shared with [my bussiness] and some-mailbox@ourdomain.com

It is strange since we do not use Jira;  Can you help with that?

Could just be spam. The domain name you mentioned isn't even atlassian.net but atlasian.net which seems fake.

Unless it is a typo of course :)

yes it was, it is: <jira@validsolutions.atlassian.net>

let me know if want me to provide Sender ( header, envelope) IPs

Allright!

Well going by https://validsolutions.atlassian.net/servicedesk they are a company delivering software and services.

Since you are recieving emails stating that an issue has been shared with your organisation, the most likely scenario is that a user from your company (should be the person with access to the mailbox that has shared it) has created a ticket there and it is (either by default or manually) shared with the organisation that validsolutions has set up.

This then sends an email to all organisation members to notify them. (customer notification)

I feel it's best to contact the person who shared the issue (some-mailbox@yourdomain.com)
