Read only user

Some of my JIRA users are in teh user group and some in the developer group. What is the quickest way of making all members of teh user group have just read only access to all projects?

You'll need to go through every active permission scheme and remove the group from all permissions except "browse"

Similarly, go into every project and remove the group from any roles that grant it more than "browse"
