Reactivating an old JIRA Cloud instance

Hi,

I used to use JIRA a few years back and cancelled my subscription etc. I have now come back to wishing to use JIRA (and confluence) but I cannot reactivate my old instance - I believe this is because its deleted, which would be fine but I cannot create a new one with the same name. the instance i wish to use is https://autumndev.atlassian.net/

But upon trying to claim the site i get the red box around the subdomain 'autumndev'. However going to the site, https://autumndev.atlassian.net/ , produces a page unavailable.

So cannot i not reuse the my old instance even though it should have been deleted?

Previously used domains are kept on record, I guess in case someone tries to reuse something that might be subject to some clash (I'm imagining trademarking issues, but I don't know)

If you get in touch with Atlassian support over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact they may be able to un-block if for you
