My personal Jira Cloud site has been deactivated due to inactivity.
Site URL: fdnbnntv468-1774267741205.atlassian.net
I am the only administrator of this site and it contains my personal project data. When I try to access the site, I receive the following message:
"Your Jira Cloud subscription has been deactivated due to inactivity, and the data will be permanently deleted soon."
Request ID: 48d0eabc4ecd4a67958c40281e97175d
Could Atlassian please help me reactivate the site before the data is permanently deleted?
Hi @Fidan Binnətova , Welcome to Atlassian Community
Sorry to hear you're facing this. Since the site has already been deactivated but the data hasn't been deleted yet, there may still be a chance to recover it.
In case it's of use, I'd recommend checking `admin.atlassian.com` to see if the site appears under inactive subscriptions and whether a Reactivate option is available. If not, an Atlassian team member may need to assist, especially since you've included the site URL and request ID.
Hopefully, they can help restore access before the data retention period expires.
Best,
Yashodip Jadhav.
Hello @Fidan Binnətova
Welcome to the Atlassian.
Have you tried these steps?
https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/
Here we are a user community. We don't have access to directly help you reactivate your subscription.
You should've received an email when your subscription was deactivated. When was that? If it has been 15 days or more then your data has likely already been permanently deleted.
