Dear Team,
My account recently got deactivated due to inactivity. The last notice seems to belong to 27 May.
I'm trying to reach out to see if Atlasian is so kind as to reactivate it for us.
My old data and configurations matter to my group, and i know its my fault for not checking my email, I apologize :(
Please give some of your time to resolve my case if possible.

Hi @lucasdebian1 ,
Thank you for your post. This is the community and we don't have access to your site. I have requested assistance to official support from this ticket, they should contact you.
Hope it helps

It looks like you are within the 14-day soft-recovery window (since your final notice was June 4th). You need to act quickly before the data is permanently deleted.
Option 1: Self-Serve (Fastest)
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing.
Select your Billing Account > Subscriptions > Inactive tab.
If your site is listed, click Reactivate and follow the prompts.
Option 2: Contact Support (If Option 1 is unavailable)
If the button isn't there, an agent must manually restore it.
Use this Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian.
Select Your Account > Reactivate subscription
Message: "My Free site was deactivated for inactivity on June 4th. I am requesting a 'Soft Delete Recovery' to restore my data while still in the 14-day window."
Site Info: Since you don't have the Org ID, just provide your site URL
Note: After the 14-day window expires, the data is permanently scrubbed and cannot be recovered. Try Option 1 immediately.
Best,
Samuil
