Hello, some accounts disappeared from the system and I don't find them anywhere, but if I try to invite them again. the system tell me that they are dactivated, but they are not present in the list of deactivaed user. How can I proceed?

If you go to Settings > User Management > Directory and remove all of the filters, do you see the user?

Do these users belong to a different domain than yours? If yes, it is likely that these users are managed under a different organisation, and their organisation admin deactivated those accounts.
To fix this, these users must contact the org admin where their account is managed, and request the admin to reactivate their account.
If they don't know who is the org admin managing their account, contact support for assistance with this.
