Hi,
I haven’t logged into my project for a while and just noticed that my Jira site has been deactivated. Unfortunately, I still need access to the data.
Is there any way to have my site reactivated?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Daniel
Hello @DaBu
When did you receive the notification that your site was being deactivated?
When a free site is deactivated, 15 days later the data will be permanently deleted.
You can also contact the Licensing team to find out if your site can still be recovered:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
For future reference, Free sites may be deactivated if they have 120 consecutive days of inactivity. Warning emails are sent when the inactivity period gets closer to that limit. All you need to do to register activity is login in and view data.
Hi @DaBu
In the id.atlassian.com in the "Sites and Products" section, check if the site is visible or not. If visible but disabled, you should be able to re-activate from there.
If it is not visible, contact Atlassian Support immediately.

Hi @Gor Greyan
Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, the site isn’t showing up. I also don’t have any option to contact support directly through the help page.

@DaBu
Seems your plan is the "Free", which is why it is not allowing you to submit a request.
Dear @Mohanraj Thangamuthu, please have a look. Can we help with the recovery or not?
