If I need to reopen a feature, does reopening the feature have any impact to the associated stories under the closed or released feature? Is there any impact to the release? For example, if there is a short term change in strategy to not move forward with a given feature at the the current time, and you close the feature or release it, can you later go back and reopen it if a decision is made to pick the feature back up and execute it? Rather than recreating a new feature and recreating the same stories.
