Hi,
My organization is working with a consultant which uses their instance. We will like to Our Jira with them for any changes or updates made on their Jira board. Do we have any add-on on Jira to sync two Jira instances?
Thank you
William
Hi @William Oshomah , thanks for the question.
From the details you have provided, and as correctly answered by @Andriy Dekhtyar _Rozdoum_ a Jira Sync application, like Backbone Issue Sync for Jira, can help you achieve sync two Jira instances.
Backbone works on Cloud, Server, and/or data center and allows you to sync any kind of Jira issue and any custom fields, attachments, comments, versions etc. across two instances or projects. You can also easily map workflows using Backbone.
If you have any questions about Backbone or want to get a demo, please get back to me at usohail@k15t.com or simply schedule a 30 min slot here

Or maybe leave more details about your use case here and I am sure I can elaborate further on how Backbone can be used to fit your needs.

Umer Sohail

@William Oshomah hi there. There are plenty of options on the marketplace. One of them is ZigiOps. It's a no-code integration tool that can help you connect and sync the two Jiras bi-directionally. Any change in one of the instances will appear as an update in the other. You can tweak the tool to fit various use cases depending on the data you want to transfer between them. Check it out and if you'd like to see it in action, you can always book a demo.

Hi William
You have number of addons on marketplace that make "jira sync" ( this would be a good key to search)
Alternatively to sync you can use our addon - Watchtower for Jira to see and interact with issues on remote Jira without leaving your comfortable environment
Take care
Andrey
