Rename Jira Site

Hi Team

I need to rename my site from forzalabs.atlassian.net to boxycharm.atlassian.net.

All I found in internet that it's not an option yet. 

I need to add another 100 users into my new named account and could not find the way how to do it except export and import workaround.

Updating URLs is available for sites that have at least one Jira or Confluence product with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan. You’re unable to update the URL if the site has only Jira Free and Confluence Free.

Hi Temur,

Currently it is not possible to change the URL domain address for Atlassian's cloud services. 

As you said, the only way it can be done now is buying new instance and migrating all data from your current instance to new instance. Refer Changing the Cloud Instance URL Address or Migrating to a New Cloud Instance

Good news: Atlassian is already working on this feature CLOUD-6999
