Hello,
I am using JIRA Service DESK cloud and I encounter one big problem.
I have created 5 type of security level: A,B,C,D,E.
I have imported issues from another project but when I try to bulk edit/ single edit them on Security level field i can select only A and B values. It do not display to me C,D,E.
Can you help me?
Are you in the roles/ groups of the C, D and E security levels?
I think you can only apply a security level where you are a member of.
