Hello!
I have been trying to invite two external users, however, I keep getting the error that those users are suspended and hence, cannot be added. When I tried to find them in our user directory so I could revoke their suspension, they weren't there either. At this point, I am stuck and unsure what to do next.
Can someone please guide? Thank you!
Hi @Trishla Prasad and welcome to the Community,
the User directory filters for active users per Default. You need to remove the filter to find the suspended users. Then you'll be able to just reactivate them.
