Hi Sachin,

You should be able to put either a validator or condition on the transition to reopen based on your need.

I tried that, but it’s not working for me. Could you please specify which validator or condition I should select and what entry I need to make after selecting it?

Sure - add a validator for Date Compare Validator. Then add as below.

i have one query that is i need it for 5 working days only excluding Saturday and Sunday.

I am not sure you can factor in business days in this syntax without using an add-on like ScriptRunner or JMWE.

You can probably use the "Date Compare Validator" on your transition to achieve this.
