I created a view filter to display all open bugs (issues). I included 9 fields; custom and default. I then click the export icon on top right corner and selected option "Export Excel CSV (current fields)".

Resulting csv file did not include most of the fields currently displayed with my filter. And it included fields not listed in the view.

I tried doing this in both IE and Chrome browser. But same result.

I've search the listings in this community but I did not found any resolution to my issue.

Please help.

Thanks Mesut.

I think the link you gave is similar to my issue. I have now added the columns I need to see and export in Columns > My Defaults option so that the columns in the list view match the exported columns. With this, the Export to Excel csv (current fields) is now working.

It's a workaround solution. I hope there's a permanent solution to the issue soon -- i.e., where the columns in the list view would be the same when exported regardless of using My Defaults or Filters or System mode.

Can you please share a screenshot of your search screen including your JQL and column names?

Also what is the release and implementation? (Server/Cloud)
